სს“ წყალი მარგებლის“ ქარხნის მშენებლობისას აშენდა 20 000 კვადრატული მეტრის ახალი შენობა და ხიდი მდინარე გუბაზეულზე. მოეწყო გარე ინფრასტრუქტურა და დამონტაჟდა 7 საწარმოო ხაზი. ქარხნის ტერიტორიაზე გათბობა-გაგრილებისთვის გამოიყენება მდინარის ენერგია. არსებული დანადგარების მიერ გამოყოფილი სითბოს რეკუპერაციის მეშვეობით ხდება შენობის გათბობა და ცხელი წყლის წარმოება.
